- You need 2 litres of low fat milk.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of Citric acid (vinegar).
- It's 2 teaspoon of Sugar substitute(sugar free).
- It's A few of drops of Rose essence/water.
- It's A few of crushed Rose Petals.
- It's of Few Rose Petals(Garnishing).
Rose Sandesh step by step
- Take milk in a deep pan and bring it to a boil.Reduce heat, add citric acid and keep stirring till the milk curdles completely..
- Now, drain this into a fine muslin cloth and squeeze out the excess water from the paneer..
- Open the cloth and mash the paneer with palm on the cloth. Remove the paneer and rub it in the sugar substitute as per the taste. Add the rose essence/water and the crushed rose petals. Knead well.Take a portion of the paneer and make it to a round shape and garnish with rose petals and store in fridge..
- Serve chilled..
