- You need 1 of large ripe cold Banana.
- You need 1 tsp of Cinnamon.
- Prepare Half of cup chilled skimmed plain/Almond/soy milk.
- You need Half of cup cold low fat Yoghurt.
- It's 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract.
- It's of Sugar as per taste(optional).

- Blend all ingredients well in mixer/blender.
