- Keep all the above Ingredients ready.Take out 1/2 Cup milk in a bowl and pour rest of the milk in a deep vessel or pan.Heat it on Medium flame.After two boils, lower the flame,add sugar,stirr well till it dissolves.In a bowl take Wheat flour,add milk powder to give a smooth texture and taste.Add 1/2 Cup milk slowly and stirr well till it forms a uniform mixture..
- Add the Wheat flour mixture to boiling milk.Cook for 5 min till it becomes thicker in consistency and sticks to the stirrer.Now off the flame.let the Icecream mixture cool down at room temperature.You will not get the raste of Wheat Flour in the icecream.pour the mixture in the blender jar,add cocoa powder and chocolate syrup to enhance chocolate flavour.Blend well.Pour this mixture in a container and keep in freezer for 1 _1and1/2 hrs to set..
- Take out the container,add the half set Icecream in blender jar and churn it for 1 and 1/2 mins.In another Dry container put Butter paper,sprinkle choco chips on it,Pour the blended icecream mix on it and spread evenly.sprinkle choco chips,silver,golden balls all over on top.cover with Butter paper touching the top.This We are doing to avoid ice crystal formation.cover and keep in freezer for 5 hrs..
