Ingredients of Rosgulla
- You need 500 ml of Low fat cow milk.
- You need 1 of lemon.
- Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
- It's 5 cup of water.
- You need pinch of Saffron for garnishing.
- It's 1 1/2 cup of ice cubes (very important).

Rosgulla step by step
- Firstly make the chenna from the milk. So for chenna boil a low fat milk and when it is boiling add juice of one lemon. Stir it and you can see chenna wil be separated..
- Immediately strain the chenna from water with cotton cloth..
- Wash this chenna in running water properly.
- Squeeze it with cotton cloth very nicely..
- Now take this chenna in one plate and add 2 tsp sugar and smash with your palm. Do this for 10 mins..
- Meanwhile take a pan and add 5 cup of water and 1 cup sugar and put it on the stove and make sugar syrup..
- Let sugar syrup boil for 10 mins.
- Now again comes to chenna. Add 1 tsp of sugar and mash it slightly and make round balls..
- Now put this balls into boiling sugar syrup and cover with the lid..
- Boil it for 10 mins on high flame..
- Now when you turn off the stove after 10 minutes, immediately add ice cubes into the pan..
- Now let them a side for cooling. After 10 mins put this into the refrigerator for 1 hour..
- Then it's ready. Serve with saffron. Or any dryfruits like pista or badam you can do it.
- Ice cubes are needed because it wil work for your rosogulla which wil be as soft as long you want. That spongynes wil not go away..
