- It's 1 tsp of Fitkari(Alum).
- It's 10 chopped of Almond.

- You need 10 of Pista chopped.
- Prepare 4 tsp of Sugar.
- You need 500 gm of Milk low fat.
- You need 2 tsp of milk powder.
- It's 1 tsp of cornflower dissolve in 1/4 cup milk.

- In a big pan put approximately 1/2 LTR water for boiling..
- Add fitkatri..
- Add garlic & let it boil 20 mimiutes in the high flame..
- After that remove it from the flame.strain it with the help of strainer..
- Now wash the boil Garlic in running water 6,7, times..
- In a pan boil the milk,add cornflour dissolve milk.stir it continuesly..
- Add sugar & garlic in it.boil it 2 miniute..
- Add all dry fruits in it. Boil it 1 miniute..
- Now remove it from the flame..
- Add crushed cardamans,& saffron milk in it.let it be cool..
- Serve it in the bowl..
- Garnish it with some chopped dryfruits..
- Now Lucknow ki lahesun ki kheer is ready to eat...
