  2. Prepare 1 glass of water.
  3. Prepare 10/12 of grapes.
  4. It's 2 glass of low fat milk /Or you can have simple milk aswell..
  5. Prepare Half of cup porridge.
  6. You need of Diet free Sugar tablets (6) (Sucral) Or Honey 5 table spoons.

  1. Add milk and water in a pan and boil it for 5 minutes on high flame....
  2. Cut apple and grapes in small pieces and add it into porridge after 15 minutes of boiling..And further boil it for 5 mins...
  3. Add porridge and 6 tablets of Sucral.. if u don't have Sucral then add 5 table spoons of honey in it.. Boil for another 15 mins.
  4. Now off the flame..Your porridge is ready it'll look like this...
