I basically looked at a ton of recipes and put a bunch together plus with my own touch to it and it turned.

- Prepare 3 of Chicken breasts cut into squares.
- You need 1 lb of Broccoli.
- It's 1/4 cup of chicken broth.
- It's 1/4 of Oyster sauce.
- It's 3 tbsp of Peanut or veggie oil.
In a large skillet, melt the butter. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Push the chicken and vegetables mixture to the side of the skillet. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and chicken.

- Mix together the soy sauce,cornstarch, Sherry, brown sugar, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, green onions and garlic pour half of this marinade onto the chicken and let it sit.
- Then heat up your peanut or veggie oil and add the broccoli as soon as it's not. Let your broccoli get green and place it on a plate once done.
- Add the chicken and marinade into your pan and let it cook for a few seconds before you turn it over let your chicken fully cook and put on a plate.
- Then take the rest of the sauce and add it to the pan and then add your 1/4 of oyster sauce and 1/4 of chicken broth let cook until it gets thick make sure to stir then add your chicken and your brocoli and mix it together and cook for a few minutes.
- Serve with white rice :) and enjoy!! I also sprinkled the top with some red pepper flakes and green onions :).
Pat down evenly and smooth with a spatula. In a small mixing bowl, stir together the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top.
